Eddie Sunardi is based in Manado, Northern Sulawesi, Indonesia. Eddie specializes in providing customized tours to Individuals, Groups (up to 15 people), and Families (children as young as 5 years old). A cheerful soul who love people, Eddie’s easy and natural engagement with tourists and the Indonesian people give rise to many spontaneous social and cultural opportunities.
Indonesia typically has many locations that satisfy your interest and curiosity. Eddie can help you design a tour that best fits your travel priorities, budget, and time frame while minimizing unnecessary travel. Sometimes, your travel aspirations can be fulfilled by visiting the lesser known, less traveled, and less expensive locations rather than visiting travel destinations crowded with tourists.
Eddie or the client can handle the booking of flights, ground transportation, accommodations, as appropriate to the situation. Alternately, booking can be handled by one of Eddie Sunardi’ s Booking Partners.
Eddie’s home region, Northern Sulawesi, contains several popular and prominent tourist destinations, including:
- the Bunaken Marine Park (a famous diving and snorkeling location particularly known for its large population of large turtles and a wonderful site for dolphin tours);
- the Tangkoko Nature Reserve (home to the tailless Celebes crested macaque monkey, the tiny Tarsier monkey, and the home of the Kingfisher and two species of hornbill that make Tangkoko a world-renowned birdwatching location);
- Toraja (the region known for their distinctive housing and elaborate funeral rites; foreigners are welcome),
- the Lembeh Strait (world-renowned by diving photographers for all the strange resident critters); and
- the Togian Islands (remote and post-card picturesque)
- the Minahasa Highlands
- the Minahasa peoples are known for “eating everything with 4 legs except the table;” and the central city Tomohon contains a famous (or infamous) food market features monkeys, dogs, cats, snakes, and bats for sale and as prepared foods (not for animal lovers or the faint of heart);
- Volcano Trekking
- Tondano Lake & Fish Farm

- Siau & Tagulandang Islands (site of an active volcano in which molten lava can sometimes be observed)
- Gorontolo
- Olele Marine Park
- Whale sharks
- Nantu National Park (home to the babirusa, the deer pig)
